We’re Amy and David Jones, a husband-and-wife real estate team serving the Upstate of South Carolina.
As lifelong locals, we’ve come to believe that home is about far more than the house itself. Home is one of the places where God has given us the ordinary, beautiful work of building a life. It’s where we welcome others, practice hospitality, raise the next generation, care for what we’ve been entrusted with, and form the habits, traditions, and culture that shape our families for years to come. We believe that kind of work matters, and it’s a big part of why we love what we do.
Amy went straight into real estate out of high school, following in the footsteps of her family’s brokerage, which began in the 1980s. David entered the business after we were married, and together we saw an opportunity to build something around the values we wanted our work to reflect: integrity, stewardship, excellence, compassion, and long vision.
That shared vision became The Jones Team. Today, we consider it a privilege to walk alongside people through such a personal and important season of life. Whether you’re buying your first home, making room for a new chapter, moving closer to the people you love, or simply searching for a place that feels like home, we want you to feel known, cared for, and well served.
